Booking Conditions

• No deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

• Less than 48 Hours before arrival: 0% refund

• More than 48 Hours before arrival (excluding non-refundable rates): 100% refund 

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 14:00

• Check-out: 11:00

• Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed in advance.
   

No Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and buildings.

• Use designated outdoor smoking areas.
   

Damage and Missing Items

• Guests must report damages or missing items during their stay.

• Charges may apply for repairs or replacements of any items (whether missing or damaged) as a result of any act or omission by guests.
   

Indemnity

• Guests enter and stay at their own risk.

• The property, owner, and staff are not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss/damage of belongings.

• Insurance cover is void if safes and security systems are not used where provided.
   

Conduct and Behaviour

• Guests are required to act respectfully at all times whilst staying at The Manor House Hotel. Any disrespectful, aggressive or violent conduct towards members of staff, other residents or the general public can result in your stay being terminated by management without a refund.

• No loud noise or disturbances.

• No parties or events without prior approval.
   

Cleaning and Maintenance

• All rooms are professionally cleaned before check-in.

• Guests must leave the property in a reasonable condition.

• Excessive mess may result in cleaning fees.
   

Occupancy

• Guest numbers must not exceed the booking agreement.
   

Pets

• No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
   

Termination of Stay

• Management may end a stay without refund if booking conditions are violated.
   

Right to amend Terms of Service

• Management reserves the right to amend the terms of any services or offerings provided by The Manor House Hotel without notice including access to any public areas of the hotel.

General Conditions

• These are private premises. The owner or manager may refuse entry at their discretion.

• Entry to the bar, restaurant, cafe, car park or beer garden areas is not guaranteed with any room booking. Guests staying in the hotel do so on the understanding that The Manor House Hotel is not a private club and that fees charged for the hiring of hotel rooms are not associated with entry or use of the public areas of the hotel. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone to any area of the building.
